| Caring For Your Cranberries |
| Cranberries will hold in your refrigerator for several weeks. Rinse in cold water before use. Because cranberries are seasonal and keep well, buy extra packages for freezing and later use. To prevent dehydration and preserve flavor and quality, store berries in a resealable bag. Berries can be eaten frozen as a snack, or used in many ways after rinsing in cold water. |
